Paddington is waiting at the wrong station!

Paddington, the little sweet bear, waited in Paddington Station to go on the train, but I believe he was wrong, as he had to go to Victoria Station to reach the legendary Belmond British Pullman!   Here he would have been welcomed by the stewards in immaculate uniforms and asked to be seated in one of the most comfy upholstery!

Im „Alten Haferkasten“ sind 90% der Gäste Stammgäste, es ist also wie eine große Famiglia à la Italia…. So wundert es nicht, wenn die Gäste hereinkommen, vertrauensvoll ihren Autoschlüssel dem „Voiturier“ abgeben, der Dein Fahrzeug dann irgendwo in den wirklich engen Gassen von Neu-Isenburg sicher einparkt. In Offenbach tut sich was, man spricht inzwischen von der “PERLE am Main” oder auch “Sexy Boomtown”. Es ist wahr, ganz neue Wohngebiete wurden und werden weiter erschlossen, wie z.B. die Hafen-City, so daß sich sogar viele Frankfurter in Offenbach niederlassen. Davon profiert auch die Lederwarenmesse Offenbach. In diesem Jahr – übrigens die 147. Messe in Offenbach – kamen 300 Aussteller. At my last visit to London – which is always so inspiring and joyful – , I went to see the most impressive exhibition of Huawei at the SAATCHI Gallery From Selfie to Self  Expression.

With joined forces of Saatchi Gallery and Huawei offers artists, photographers and enthusiasts around the globe a chance to show their most creative selfies internationally.

Selfie Photo Exhibition at SAATCHI, London

Nigel Hurst, CEO, and his team selected a shortlist of ten to have their selfies showcased at the Saatchi gallery and these winners receive a Huawei P10 Smartphone. On top  the overall winner will have a all expenses trip to join a Leica Photography Ambassador on an international photo shoot assignment.

The winner is Dawn Wooley.…………..

The interesting decade of smartphone photography has reached a tipping point says Gloria Zhang, CMO of Huawei Consumer Group: “Through a selfie the personalization projected on the world through our creativity. the friendly, welcoming and cosy hotel at its best!

If you should visit Saint Rémy de Provence and you need a place to stay… I definitely recommend the small ***hotel Le Mas des Carassins. The owners Pierre and Michel are extremely friendly and helpful! They work with a lot of passion, enthusiasm and are full of energy. You feel like coming into a friend’s home!

lovely little areas with beautiful garden benches and chairs, al fresco dining in summer, in winter in a cosy and nicely decorated dining room. The young staff is multilingual, educated, well and efficient.
